• Cancellation Window: Orders (both prepaid and COD) can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

• Refund/Replacement Options (for prepaid orders):
  • Issue of a credit note (valid for 90 days), or

  • Exchange with another product of equal value.

• To Cancel an Order:

• Refund Process:
  In such cases, the full prepaid amount will be refunded to your original payment method. You will be notified via email.
