Domestic & International Shipping

Charges:

  • Domestic: Enjoy FREE SHIPPING across India on all orders—both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • International: Shipping fees apply for orders outside India and are calculated per kilogram. The final cost will be shown at checkout based on your order weight.

Tax and Duties:

For international orders, import duties, customs charges, or taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery. We recommend reviewing your country’s import policies before ordering, as returns or cancellations are not available for international shipments.

We are not liable for refunds or exchanges in case customs charges are unpaid or the parcel is refused.

Dispatch Timelines

All our spiritual products are handcrafted with devotion. Kindly allow 15–20 working days for dispatch for both domestic and international orders.

During festivals or unforeseen circumstances (such as political unrest or public curfews), there may be additional delays of 10–15 working days. We will notify you in such cases via email or phone.

Receiving Your Order

Please record an unboxing video and timestamped photographs within 48 hours of delivery. If you receive a damaged or tampered package, kindly do not accept it and share the video, photos, and order number with us via email for resolution.

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order is placed, it enters our secure system. After quality checks and careful packaging, it is dispatched via trusted courier partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, DHL, Aramex, and others. You will receive a tracking number by email and SMS for monitoring your shipment.

We ship to 220+ countries worldwide. Eligibility can be verified at checkout.

Order Cancellation

  • Prepaid & COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
