Domestic & International Shipping

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic (India): Enjoy Free Shipping across India on all orders, whether prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • International: Shipping charges apply for all orders outside India, calculated per kilogram. The exact cost will be shown at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Taxes & Duties (International Orders)

  • International shipments may attract customs duties, taxes, and other charges depending on the destination country.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery.

  • We advise checking your country’s import regulations before ordering, as we do not accept returns or cancellations for international orders.

  • If duties are unpaid or delivery is refused, we are not responsible for refunds, exchanges, or product returns.


Delivery Timelines

All our products are handmade with care. Please allow the following processing and shipping time:

  • Standard Dispatch Time: 15–20 working days for both domestic and international orders.

  • Delays: During peak seasons, festivals, or unexpected events (e.g., public curfews or political unrest), dispatch may be delayed by an additional 10–15 days. We will inform you via email or call in such cases.


Receiving Your Order

To help us serve you better in case of any delivery issues:

  • Record an unboxing video and take timestamped photos within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If you receive a parcel that appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept it. Instead, capture photos and video evidence and send them to us along with your order number via email.

  • This documentation is essential for us to process any shipping-related claims.


Order Processing & Tracking

  • Once your order is placed, it goes through our internal processing and quality checks.

  • After packing, it is handed over to one of our trusted courier partners (including Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, DHL, Aramex, and others).

  • You will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.


Order Cancellations

  • Prepaid & COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • To cancel, please email us at support@ramnaam.in or call our support team at +91-9045000108 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).


Payment Options

We offer a range of secure payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: All major cards accepted.

  • Net Banking: Available with multiple banks.

  • UPI & eWallets: Quick and secure digital payments.

  • Trusted Gateways: Razorpay, PayPal, and PayU.

  • Domestic Orders: COD available for orders up to ₹10,000.

  • International Orders: Only prepaid payments are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, etc.).


Credit Notes

  • Issued credit notes will be sent to your registered email.

  • Can be used once only on our official website.

  • Must be used within 3 months from the date of issue.


Additional Notes

  • Products marked under ‘Sale’ are non-returnable.

  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, unforeseen delays may occur.

  • In the rare event of extended delays, Ram Naam Vishwa Bank Samiti, Haridwar will issue a full refund.

  • However, we shall not be held legally liable for any such delays. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
